Prepress Room

We have a prepress room where we can:

• receive digital data electronically;
• edit the material electronically;
• use CtP exposure;
• use CtF exposure;
• prepare digital test prints.

Electronic imposition – based on the latest AGFA Apogee PrePress system – reduces the time needed for the process and enables us to obtain high quality products thanks to standardisation and preliminary checks of files.

Epson Stylus 4800 PRO – when working together with the GMG ColorProof 04 software, which includes colour control systems, it enables us to produce high quality contract proofs.

Epson Stylus 9600 – can be used to print large format imposition proofs.

Canon IPF 710 – can be used to print large format imposition proofs.

CTP Luescher XPose! 160 – (CtP) highly efficient Swiss imagesetter for the digitally controlled exposure of plates sensitive to UV radiation. Exposure of minimum formats of 500x400 and maximum formats of 1700x1370.

CTP Luescher XPose! 130 – (CtP) highly efficient Swiss imagesetter for the digitally controlled exposure of thermal plates. Exposure of minimum formats of 500x360 and maximum formats of 1130x950.

Glunz&Jensen Interplater 135 HD – processors for CTP plates with the system for automatic receipt and laying of processed plates (model: Quartz Plate Stacker 125/ 135/1600).

PDF PROOF – screened imposition files as PDFs; they enable us to accept jobs when it is not possible to provide imposition prints.
